ANDX EVENT REFUND POLICY

Payment for events will be refunded, less 20% or $250 reservation fee, if a written request for cancellation is received by ANDX no later than 15-days prior to the event date. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. ANDX will only honor cancellation requests whose receipt have been confirmed. No refunds will be made if the client cancels the contracted slot or if the client fails to attend the meeting. If a client cancels after 15-days prior to the event date and has not already paid the exhibiting fee, the company/ individual will be liable for paying 50% of the full amount to ANDX. Final payment is due 5-days following the event date; otherwise, a $50 late fee will be assessed.

Payment for rentals will be refunded, less 20% or $50 reservation fee, if a written request for cancellation is received by ANDX no later than 5-days prior to the event date. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. ANDX will only honor cancellation requests whose receipt have been confirmed. No refunds will be made if the customer cancels the contracted slot or if the customer fails to attend the meeting. If a customer cancels after 5-days prior to the rental date and has not already paid the rental fee, the customer will be liable for paying 50% of the full amount to ANDX. Final payment is due 5-days following the event date; otherwise, a $50 late fee will be assessed.
